Australia is known for its adorable kangaroos, which
are mainly found in Australia and New Guinea. There are four kangaroo species,
including the red kangaroo, eastern grey, western grey, and antilopine. These
mammals can hop quickly on two legs or stroll on all fours, but they can't walk
backward. A kangaroo's robust legs are used for defense as well as mobility.
They can jump up to 3x their height.
Most kangaroos eat grass. A group of kangaroos is referred to as a "mob," "troop," or "court." The red kangaroo is the biggest marsupial in the world. Some males have been known to reach over 2 meters tall! In the wild, their life expectancy is six years old.
Let's work together to plan your next exciting adventure. I'd love to help! Give me a call or send an email when you're ready to start planning!
