Amazon Tribes Fun Facts
There are dozens of indigenous tribes living throughout the
Amazon Region. So many so that there are around 180 different indigenous
languages spoken in this region. These tribes know the rainforest that allows
them to take full advantage of all that it has to offer for food, resources,
and medicine.
These tribes live a life disconnected from the outside
world, they wear clothes made of all-natural materials, and some tribes don't
wear clothes at all. Many construct communal homes, and they are made out of
bamboo and use palm or banana leaves to cover the structure. These tribes are
one of the things that make this region of the world so amazing.
