I never thought being a travel advisor would be smooth sailing (hello flight delays and missing luggage!) but nothing quite prepares you for some of the curve balls that get thrown your way, like the first time my clients flight got cancelled while he was on vacation. That was a big curve ball to me.
I was able to swoop in and rebook his flight on another airline with no charge.
Chaos aside, it’s always a pleasure to be there for my clients and to help ensure their dream vacations are nothing but smooth.
