What's another reason to come back again and again to Costa Rica? Go bird watching! Did you know that there are over 800 species in the country?  Costa Rica is almost the same size as West Virginia! If you want to see 100’s of bird species ranging from 6 Toucans to 17 species of Woodpeckers, to 21 species of Wrens and so on, then Costa Rica is the perfect place to look for them. There are a lot of common birds in Costa Rica, and there are several that are tough to miss.
